Job Summary
We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our remote call center team in Hawaii. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
- Communicate effectively with patients and medical professionals, scheduling appointments and obtaining necessary patient information
- Work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to changing situations and priorities
- Follow detailed instructions, procedures, and policies to ensure excellent customer service
- Efficiently execute multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Communicate clearly and kindly with all levels of customers and providers
- Think critically and adapt quickly to new situations and challenges

Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, adapting to changing situations and priorities

Requirements
