Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: - Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments. - Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services. - Working closely with our dealer clients to understand their needs and preferences, and providing exceptional customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty. - Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and adapting to changes in our products and services.
Qualifications
To succeed as a Chat Specialist, you'll need: - Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!). - Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to a quick-paced work environment. - A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred. - A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, and a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
Requirements
To apply for this role, you'll need to: - Live within the state of Texas. - Have a reliable computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse. - Be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT. - Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
