Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions

As a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building trust, and driving business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, showcasing your excellent communication skills and personal and professional growth mindset
  • Fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, winning their trust and confidence through proactive and committed customer service
  • Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
  • Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, demonstrating a strong problem-solving attitude
  • Understanding the importance of attention to detail and maintaining high standards of quality
  • Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly
  • Solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked, showcasing your initiative and entrepreneurial spirit

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong PC and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of call center software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Experience working with a virtual team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
