What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. What You'll Need for Success

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. Here are some of the key requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

+ High school degree or equivalent + Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

+ Previous customer service or member-facing experience + Previous banking or credit union experience + Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint + Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs + Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities + Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data + Ability to prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines under high-pressure conditions + Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department + Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and customers + Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision + Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and a capacity for attention to detail
