Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective support for a wide range of inquiries and issues

  • Utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed support to customers

Ideal Candidate Profile:

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner

  • Strong typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 30 WPM and 90% accuracy
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including CRM platforms and customer service tools
  • Empathetic, patient, and professional demeanor, with the ability to manage difficult conversations and resolve customer complaints
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong sense of accountability and self-motivation
