Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve customer support processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to navigate and utilize these tools to improve customer support processes
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters, with a focus on empathy and understanding
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service
