Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Benefit Consultant with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Promoting arenaflex services to new and existing clients
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meeting and exceeding performance targets and goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or HR) preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
