Responsibilities: As a French Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Interacting with hundreds of callers daily, utilizing active listening and critical thinking skills to resolve a wide array of customer service inquiries * Actively resolving complaints and concerns within the queue * Investigating billing and fraudulent activity concerns * Processing account requests * Providing guidance on product features and properly diagnosing hardware/software issues * Screen sharing to resolve technical issues as needed * Coordinating appointments for further troubleshooting and maintenance * Researching articles and work instructions to efficiently resolve inquiries * Properly documenting notes and effectively summarizing conversation details * Openly accepting feedback, coaching, and training to further develop skills What We Offer: * Competitive hourly rate of $22.04 * Opportunity to work from home with a minimum of 38 hours per week * Flexible scheduling with a minimum of 12pm-10pm CST * 5 weeks of paid training to ensure your success * Career growth opportunities, including call center career mapping for quality assurance, training, and leadership development * Paid time off and paid holidays * Voluntary health and retirement benefits * Access to our "Perk spot" program, offering discounts and rebates on goods and services from top brands * Opportunities to take advantage of education and learning discounts Requirements: * Ability to build rapport and trust with people quickly * Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely in both French and English * Ability to solicit feedback openly and adjust accordingly * High School Diploma or GED * Hardwired home internet with a download speed of at least 40 mbps * Working knowledge of technology and strong digital literacy * Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred but not required What's Next: If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
