Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Online Banking Specialist to join our Customer Service Center team. As an Online Banking Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and managing electronic banking services. Responsibilities

As an Online Banking Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Customer Support: Assisting customers with online banking products, including ATMs, debit and credit cards, and online bill-paying services.
  • Technical Assistance: Resolving technical issues related to online banking and helping customers set up and access electronic banking services.
  • System Management: Managing and maintaining electronic banking services such as online banking, mobile banking, ATMs, and telephone banking.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

in a fast-paced environment (open to considering corporate settings, retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.).

Friendly, outgoing, positive, "can-do," enthusiastic, motivated personality/attitude

Ability to articulate solutions in a demanding environment

.

Previous retail banking experience is highly preferred but not required

.

Prior call center or high-volume phone environment experience required

.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
