Our Transportation Analytics crew is a critical component of our operations, and we are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Working with large, messy, disparate datasets and performing ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions
• Creating ETLs or strategies that pull data from multiple sources and centralize it in a single table
• Developing data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges
• Engaging with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, and Product, to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs
• Leveraging scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks, such as screenshots, metrics prioritization, and outlier recognition
• Documenting your methods and sharing your expertise with colleagues
• Mentoring junior team members and becoming a Subject Matter Expert in data analysis

Key Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics

• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity
• Creativity with a User Experience basis to develop impactful Tableau dashboards
• Business operations fluency, with the ability to recognize and root-cause business problems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau

• Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations
• Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or QlikView
