Job Summary

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying Customer Concerns and Challenges: Recognize customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Tracking Customer Interactions and Transactions: Record details of customer inquiries, complaints, and comments, tracking interactions and transactions to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Achieving Customer Satisfaction and Engagement Targets: Strive towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement, continuously improving customer service standards.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; higher educational levels are a plus.
  • Strong Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to Multitask, Prioritize, and Manage Time Effectively: Ability to handle multiple inquiries at once, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet customer service standards.
