Job Summary

As a Full Stack Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining global frameworks, processes, and systems that drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. You'll lead cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and maintain global frameworks, processes, and systems that drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer experience development, loyalty, and retention
  • Collaborate with global partners to drive cross-provincial advancing and interaction normalization
  • Perform, review, investigate, plan, execute, and circle back on all other obligations and drives as allocated
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and arenaflex policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and growth

Essential Qualifications

* Four-year degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., operations management, business administration, logistics)

  • Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business results
  • Strong knowledge of global logistics and transportation operations, including cargo management and supply chain management
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Six Sigma, Lean, or other ASQ certification (e.g., FedEx QDM Master)

  • Lithe, PMP, or similar accreditation
  • Proven experience in driving change management and project management initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation and technology-enabled solutions
  • Experience with global cargo management systems, such as CargoWise
  • Strong industry knowledge, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement
