Procurement Analyst I
About the position FloQast is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the company's full procure-to-pay (P2P) process. In this entry-level role, you’ll manage supplier onboarding, create purchase orders, resolve invoice issues, and help negotiate low-risk contracts under $50K. Ideal for someone early in their career with experience using Coupa or a similar P2P tool. Please note this will be a 1099 fixed term US based remote contract
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle in Coupa, including supplier onboarding, requisition review, purchase order creation, contract execution, and invoice troubleshooting
- Guide business stakeholders through FloQast’s decentralized purchasing process, ensuring compliance with procurement and finance policies
- Communicate directly with vendors to obtain quotes, pricing, and documentation
