Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to early childcare programs, both remotely and in person
- Deliver engaging product and service training through webinars and instructor-led sessions
- Assist in creating and maintaining effective training content
- Support client retention efforts through onboarding new clients
- Accurately maintain records and generate reports
- Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate across teams to provide technology updates
- Track client interactions using CRM tools
- Assist with translations as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or product training
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
