Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Lending Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our consumers who are searching for the best product that fits their needs. You'll be responsible for handling high-volume phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our customers. Responsibilities

* Handle 200-300 calls per day on an outbound dialer, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers

  • Verify information submitted by the consumer through an online inquiry, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Identify customer's goals and objectives, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs
  • Send quality lead transfers to our Loan Officers who are licensed and able to continue the conversation
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and solutions

Requirements

* 2+ years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience required

  • 2+ years of outbound Call Center Experience required
  • Ability to handle high-volume phone calls and various rebuttals required
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required, Bilingual a plus
  • Proficient Computer and Data Entry Skills required
  • High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation and Benefits

* Base hourly rate for this role is $17/hour
