Job Description:

  • Technical Vetting: Conducting pair programming challenges and technical assessments to ensure clean, efficient code.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier software engineers and IT specialists.
  • Pre-Screening: Leading interviews to assess both technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Collaboration: Working with hiring managers and tech leads to define role requirements and build talent pipelines.
  • Pipeline Management: Managing candidate communication and coordinating interviews for a seamless experience.
  • Reporting: Providing direct updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress.

Requirements:

  • Code-Literate: You can confidently navigate a codebase and lead live pair programming sessions.
  • Stack Savvy: Deep understanding of SDLC, DevOps, or specific stacks (MERN, Python, Java).
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to articulate technical trade-offs in English to both developers and stakeholders.
  • Quality-Driven: You maintain a high 'technical bar' while meeting project growth milestones.
