Contract Lifecycle Implementation Analyst
Job Title: Contract Lifecycle Implementation Analyst Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Required Experience & Education:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in business systems analysis, project management, or implementation of enterprise applications (ERP, CLM)
- Experience with configuration, deployment, or support of CLM solutions such as Evisort, Conga, Icertis, DocuSign CLM, or similar
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years' experience with enterprise CLM and ERP applications
- Experience with Evisort CLM solutions
- CLM experience in healthcare settings
- Familiarity with Co-Pilot integration in project management for CLM
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for CLM solutions ensuring alignment with functional and technical needs
- Collaborate with implementation partners to configure CLM modules (workflows, templates, security roles, user access)
- Develop and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test scripts and document results
- Manage data migration and validate accuracy of contract data transferred into new systems
- Support change management by developing training materials, conducting sessions, and providing go-live assistance
- Document workflows, business processes, and system configurations to establish best practices
- Assist with system transition from implementation to operational support, including knowledge transfer
- Identify process improvement areas and recommend enhancements to maximize CLM platform value
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and organizational policies during implementation
- Provide post-implementation support, gather feedback, and facilitate continuous improvement
- Coordinate technical and non-technical aspects of CLM implementation aligning with strategic goals
