We're looking for a Salesforce & Integrations Developer who can move quickly, think boldly, and deliver solutions that scale. This is a role for a builder and connector, someone who owns both the applications our revenue teams live in and the integrations that power them. You'll be the go-to expert ready to solve complex challenges as our interconnected systems change and expand. This role reports to the Revenue Operations leader.

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced: Configure and optimize JSON calculators, CPQ workflows, product catalogs, pricing rules, and billing processes to support accurate quoting and faster deal cycles.
  • Build & Maintain Integrations Design and implement MuleSoft APIs and JSON-based integration patterns to connect Salesforce with systems including ServiceNow, NetSuite, Totango, DocuSign, Microsoft 365 (via Microsoft Graph API), and other critical platforms, ensuring data flows securely, reliably, and in real time.
  • Develop Applications in Salesforce RCA Build and maintain custom apps within Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced using Apex, JSON, Lightning Web Components, and Flows. Translate business requirements into scalable, user-facing solutions that support Sales, Finance, and RevOps workflows.
  • Administer & Develop Salesforce Customize objects, fields, flows, Lightning components, and installed packages. Write Apex when needed and maintain a clean, scalable org with sound release management practices.
  • Drive Data Integrity & Governance Implement best practices for data quality, JSON schema validation, release management, and compliance across all environments and integration touchpoints.
  • Work Autonomously as the Sole Expert: You will be the primary authority for Salesforce and MuleSoft within Fenix24; responsible for strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization without daily oversight. This role requires self-direction, proactive problem-solving, and ownership of all technical decisions in your domain.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Support to translate business needs into technical solutions that improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • REST and JSON API design, consumption, and troubleshooting
  • Building and maintaining integrations with ServiceNow, NetSuite, Totango, DocuSign, and vendor systems
  • Microsoft Graph API integration (M365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Engineering & DevOps Practices
  • CI/CD tools and deployment best practices
  • Environment and release management
  • Integration error handling, retry logic, and monitoring
  • Core Skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make strategic technical decisions
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading implementation efforts, data migrations, and feature rollouts
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer and/or Integration Developer
  • Demonstrated experience with Apex, JSON, and REST API development
  • Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with commercial platforms (ServiceNow, Microsoft Suite, NetSuite, Totango, or similar)

Nice-to-haves

  • MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect (MCIA)
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API and M365 integrations
  • Salesforce Revenue Cloud / CPQ certification
