Your Role & Responsibilities

• Work independently while taking full responsibility for assigned test areas
• Perform quality assurance activities across analysis, design, implementation, and execution
• Ensure testing aligns with agreed‑upon plans, strategies, and quality standards
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to support delivery objectives
• Document test cases, results, and defects with strong attention to detail
• Apply an agile mindset to continuously improve testing approaches and outcomes
• Actively contribute ideas to enhance quality processes and overall delivery

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience in a CSA, CSV, or Quality Assurance Analyst role
• Strong technical background with curiosity and deep interest in systems and technology
• Experience working independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to continuously grow your knowledge base and skill set

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in regulated or compliance‑driven environments
• Prior exposure to CSV (Computer System Validation) frameworks
• ISTQB Foundation or other QA‑related certifications
• Consulting or client‑facing experience
• Exposure to modern testing tools or automation concepts

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field or equivalent work experience
• ISTQB Foundation or additional Quality Assurance certifications are desirable but not required

• Competitive Compensation –$61–$71 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market‑based rates by geography.
