- ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Contact notaries to have documents re-signed or acknowledged.
- Stay up-to-date on delivery requirements for investors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- 1+ years of experience in a post-closing capacity.
- Expert customer service skills.
- Impeccable organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.

- JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Computer and Internet access.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS/CONDITIONS:
- Home office environment; some lifting and bending required.
- PAYMENT:
- $125.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment
