US CPA (Client Advisory & Review) - Contract

Duties
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with recognised accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations through accurate reporting and documentation.
- Support internal audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Provide expert advice on financial strategies to optimise organisational growth and stability.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial legislation and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- recognised professional qualification as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Proven experience in financial services, accounting, or related fields.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Experience managing accounts payable processes and conducting detailed financial analysis.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements within the UK.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
