UFLP (Unilever Future Leaders Programme) is Unilever’s flagship 30‑month management trainee programme, designed to develop future leaders across Unilever’s core business functions. Through UFLP, participants take on real, full‑time roles from day one, working on impactful business projects while being guided by structured learning, coaching, and exposure to senior leaders. The programme is built to accelerate leadership capability and prepare participants for managerial roles within Unilever. UFLP is Unilever’s primary leadership pipeline, offering a unique blend of hands‑on experience, cross‑functional exposure, and purpose‑led leadership development in one of the world’s leading FMCG companies. Candidate Criteria

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s fresh graduates or student who will graduate before 1 October 2026.
  • Engineering majors strongly preferred.
  • Professionals with a maximum of 2 years of working experience (internship excluded).
  • Minimum GPA of 3.30 out of 4.00.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Have a strong leadership capability and active in organizations, projects, or competitions.
  • Driven individuals with high learning agility, ownership mindset, and resilience.
