About the Project HF Biz Consulting is a boutique fractional CFO/COO and business operations firm serving small businesses nationwide — currently with active clients in CA, OR, WA, and TX. We provide finance, accounting, payroll, HR, risk management, and aviation business services to small businesses (1–50 employees). We need a ground-up redesign of our current Squarespace site (hfbizconsulting.com) built on WordPress. The new site must look polished and credible, generate qualified leads, and be SEO-ready to support future LinkedIn and Google ad campaigns. What We Need Built
- Home page with hero, services overview, testimonials, and CTAs
- Services page covering: Fractional CFO/COO, Accounting, Payroll (multi-state, 401k), HR & Benefits, Risk Management, Aviation Services, Business Setup, Admin Services
- About Holly page with professional headshot and background
- Contact / Book a Consultation page with embedded intake questionnaire and Calendly integration
- Client intake questionnaire embedded on site (19 questions, fields provided)
