Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our arenaflex Customer Support Team as Customer Service Representatives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their healthcare plans, benefits, and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products
