Email Copywriter for Property Owner Campaigns

Hi, I’m looking for an experienced copywriter specialised in high-converting email marketing for the short-term rental / property management industry. We manage premium holiday rentals across the Algarve through [Universe Holidays](https://universeholidays.pt?utm_source=chatgpt.com) and we already have a large database of property owners with active short-term rental licences (we already have their names and email addresses). The objective is to create:

• Cold email sequences
• Warm follow-up emails
• Pain-point driven emails focused on poor management, low revenue, bad guest experience, lack of communication, and operational stress for owners
• High-converting CTAs leading to our landing page

The emails must feel premium, trustworthy and sophisticated — aimed mainly at:

• Portuguese property owners (around 70%)
• International owners in the Algarve (around 30%)

Important:
