Full time Contract Production Assistant and Graphic Designer must be located around the Tri state are of Cincinnati Mass Media Innovations (MMI) Note: Prefer Candidates be located in Tri-State area - Ohio, Kentucky, & Indiana Mass media innovations is a growing multimedia marketing company specializing in radio, internet advertising, and producing area street and road maps for cities and counties. We are seeking a full-time creative and organized graphic designer Production assistant with strong design experience and computer skills. You will work with a blend of traditional design methods and AI‑powered creative tools to develop customer ads and visual elements for our printed and digital maps. College students and recent graduates with a design background are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Design customer advertisements using and provided ad copy and business information.
- Create a add proofs for approval by sales reps and customers.
- Place approved ads into map layouts using Adobe illustrator templates.
- Ensure alignment, spacing, and formatting for print accuracy.
- Prepare high resolution print-ready files for the printer.
- Post digital ads online (e.g., Greatertown.com, Google, Yahoo, Bing) linking customer sites and social media.
- Organize and maintain production files and ensure backups of all work.
- Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Design experience required; proficiency and Adobe illustrator and print production a must
- Experience with digital ad posting and linking to websites/social media preferred
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured templates
