Dispatcher, Long-Haul Trucking Job Type: Full-time; Remote Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for long-haul routes
- Optimize loads and routes for efficiency and profitability
- Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers
- Monitor shipments and resolve issues proactively
- Coordinate with brokers, customers, and internal teams
- Track performance metrics and service levels
Experience:
- 2+ years of dispatch experience in trucking or logistics
- Strong understanding of load planning and routing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
