Job Summary

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. You'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong computer navigational skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Work Environment and Company Culture
