Job Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical and non-technical support to arenaflex's clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Your role will involve:

  • Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian
  • Providing technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex's customers
  • Developing efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries
  • Treating customers with respect, following arenaflex's policies and procedures

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide technical and non-technical support to customers through various communication channels
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in training and coaching programs to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2)

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role in a business outsourcing company

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools

  • Employment type: Permanent, with 3-month trial period
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, various shifts between 09-19 (8.5 hours/shift)
