Job Summary

We're seeking experienced Chat Operators to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a Chat Operator, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through online conversations, providing exceptional customer service, and turning interactions into leads that drive revenue for our automotive dealer clients. Key Responsibilities

* Engage with customers through online conversations, providing exceptional customer service and support

  • Represent arenaflex and our automotive dealer clients favorably, building rapport and trust with customers
  • Turn conversations into leads that drive revenue for our clients
  • Utilize gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Must live within the state of Kansas

  • Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
  • Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
  • Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
  • Gaming experience is preferred

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field

  • Gaming experience and knowledge of online gaming communities
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service software
  • Strong typing skills (at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred)
