Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries through email and live chat on an as-needed basis, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Providing clear, accurate, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods, upholding our communication guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
  • Proactively resolving customer complaints by offering timely solutions and following up until resolved, demonstrating a solution-oriented mindset and empathy.
  • Accurately maintaining records of customer interactions, ensuring all issues are tracked and logged, and providing valuable insights for process improvement.
  • Going the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal customer base, fostering a positive and supportive relationship with our customers.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer support, achieving a customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 4.5+ in previous roles, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in handling inquiries via live chat and email, and the ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently manage time, and prioritize tasks, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work flexibly when called upon, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
