Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat
  • Addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with order processing, tracking, returns, and exchanges through our Shopify platform
  • Utilizing NetSuite for managing order data, customer information, and inventory management
  • Corresponding with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries
  • Monitoring and responding to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, to ensure positive customer experiences
  • Troubleshooting product issues, guiding customers through product usage, and providing helpful tips
  • Working closely with the fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent experience for all customers
  • Weekend availability is required

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience (essential)
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be flexible with weekend availability
  • Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred
