Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate their needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet their needs
• Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping
• Taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate arenaflex products and services
• Operating and maintaining a wide variety of equipment, moving boxes and equipment, stocking materials, managing the production queue and output, managing complex projects, managing retail supply, and completing assigned tasks based on priority
• Assisting in the training of store team members and following instructions of supervisors
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail Store

Essential Functions

* Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods

• Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision
• Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business

Preferred Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent education

• 6+ months of specialized experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
• Ability to look for opportunities to improve knowledge and skills within the retail Store
