Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Service & Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. You'll be responsible for managing high-volume calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service, and selling arenaflex products to our valued customers. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and proactive work ethic will enable you to excel in this role and make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and assign emails to ensure timely and efficient response to customer inquiries

  • Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner
  • Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Enter tracking numbers into arenaflex's ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order management
  • Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly
  • Provide verbal and email quotes to customers, communicating arenaflex's product offerings and pricing clearly and concisely
  • Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments to ensure seamless order management
  • Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, ensuring accurate and timely financial management
  • Keep track of past-due invoices and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer support, and sales

  • Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and vendors
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proactive work ethic and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and emails
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a similar role at an industrial supply company or e-commerce organization

  • Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment
  • Experience with ERP and eCommerce software, including order management and inventory tracking
  • Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and improve processes
  • High-level organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and patient demeanor, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and emails
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and require minimal supervision to complete work and meet deadlines
