Key Responsibilities
As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Interacting with customers in a kind and useful manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty
- Anticipating customer needs and maintaining a strong sense of responsibility when resolving issues
- Working with a safety mentality to ensure the highest standards are met
- Navigating challenges with composure and adaptability, while maintaining a positive attitude
- Collaborating with colleagues to support new processes and technologies

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage
- Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to meet our attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards
