Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in New York, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, including cost increments, subscriber agreements, and new data collection. You'll also help identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring critical and lawful remediations, working closely with incident management, Business Operations, and trade designing to ensure the integrity of our subscriber data and provide discounts when required.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage data and document requirements related to subscriber notification drives, including cost increments, subscriber agreements, and new data collection, as well as episode remediation to ensure the right clients receive discounts when required.

  • Develop queries based on required business logic, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers for notification and remediation.
  • Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.
  • Develop a solid understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework underlying subscriber information.
  • Manage project planning and timelines and oversee cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events.
  • Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks.
  • Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data incidents.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline

  • 2+ years of analytical experience
  • Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
  • Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
  • Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
  • Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

Good To Haves

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)

  • Postgraduate education
  • Knowledge of Wind Current
