Director of Operations & Logistics
Director of Operations & Logistics Florida, USA | Full-time | Remote We are an internationally oriented company operating in the board games and TCG cards segment, with an active USA expansion. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Director of Operations & Logistics to oversee and optimize our USA logistics network, operational execution, fulfillment processes, and coordination with international teams. This is a remote, execution-focused leadership role covering logistics management, operational scaling, inventory coordination, warehouse and partner oversight, and process optimization. Responsibilities:
- oversee and optimize logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, and operational workflows across the USA market
- coordinate with international teams, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners
- manage inventory flow, forecasting, replenishment, and operational planning
- improve operational efficiency, scalability, and fulfillment performance
- establish and maintain structured logistics and operational processes
- monitor KPIs, shipping performance, operational costs, and service quality
- support expansion initiatives and operational execution within the USA market
- identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
- collaborate closely with sales and management teams to ensure smooth business operations
- maintain strong relationships with external operational and logistics partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or fulfillment management
- experience in a fast-growing, operationally intensive environment
- strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, and logistics coordination
- proven ability to manage multiple operational partners and priorities simultaneously
- highly organized, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset
- ability to build and optimize operational structures from scratch
- strong communication and coordination skills in international environments
- proactive, reliable, and solution-driven personality
