About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our remote team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in driving financial reporting and analysis for our organization. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger.

• Be a key owner of the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and external entities for explicitly assigned functional areas.
• Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP Combined financial statements using accepted methodologies.
• Assist in providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly audits.
• Communicate with FP&A, functional partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters.
• Conduct special investigations and projects to further our cycle improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, SOX/internal controls
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite preferred
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, oral, and written skills, including strong proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

* CPA certification or equivalent

• Experience with financial planning and analysis
• Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manage and process large amounts of data
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis software
