Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – AI and Machine Learning Model Development for arenaflex Encounters

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Analyst on our team, you'll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with colleagues to drive the development and implementation of AI and machine learning models that enhance our visitor experiences
• Identifying areas where business challenges can be addressed through the application of machine learning
• Working with cross-functional teams to execute and scale machine learning solutions that deliver exceptional results
• Developing and maintaining functional support and upkeep of machine learning-related products and services
• Building standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space
• Productionizing machine learning calculations in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and more
• Collaborating with other teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that produce efficient code

Required Capabilities and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, including experience with TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, and more
• 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
• Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies
• Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets
• 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool
• Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and desired outcomes
• Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions

Preferred Capabilities

While not required, experience with the following would be a plus:

• Docker
• Control frameworks
• Kubernetes
• Cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud stage
• Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
• Agile development techniques
• Automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development
• Data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau)
• Sound analysis
• Text analysis

Education

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field is required. A Ph.D. in a related field is a plus.
