We are always looking for qualified, culture-friendly candidates to join our professional and somewhat quirky family. 100% Remote 2 year Contract Minimum of 6 years of exp in HRMS/ERP: documentation, design, change management, cost estimation, project management, testing, production support, and auditing No 3rd Parties The HR Systems Analyst IV is responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource systems activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities, as well as data integrity. This position works with Human Resources, medical center personnel, vendors, and/or internal information systems staff to design new or modify existing Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to meet changing requirements. The team members in this job are experienced subject matter experts who also mentor the lower level HR Systems Analysts. Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintains a strong leadership role in the direction of PeopleSoft initiatives
  • Acts as a lead in all aspects of PeopleSoft implementations from project initiation through implementation of acquisitions/mergers
  • Leads in all system maintenance initiatives including upgrades and patches
  • Works actively to achieve system and change acceptance, not only within Human Resources but through client network
  • Provides advice and counsel relative to best technology, educating users on the different benefits and capabilities of technologies
  • Provides PeopleSoft administrative support to the Human Resources organization based on the assigned module
  • Develops and implements processes that will ensure consistent application of procedures and minimize interruption of services provided
  • Leads team in execution of internal audit process for data integrity
  • Collaborates with the Data Analytics and Reporting team to validate and ensure data is represented correctly
  • Plays a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of HRIS projects. Monitors progress towards achieving set targets and any deviations from set targets, setting a course for correction and future improvements
  • Ensures overall client satisfaction and appropriate level of service delivery is achieved.
  • Rotates on-call for Payroll Monday
  • Effectively communicates and shares knowledge with and mentors lower level HR Systems Analysts
  • Takes lead in the coordination of end user support activities
  • Attends, participates in, contributes to, coordinates, and runs meetings throughout the network
  • Provides go-live support for their supported business areas
  • Provides input into policy and procedure redesign
  • Creates test plans and tests new systems, version upgrades, and any system modifications
  • Creates and updates process system documentation
  • Works independently and effectively manages time unsupervised
  • Researches and utilizes technical releases, translates into their own work, and advises other teams involved

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Bachelor s level degree or equivalent relevant experience in Computer Science, Human Resources or other related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in HRMS/ERP including documentation, design, change management, cost estimation, project management, testing, production support, and auditing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of technological/automation theories, principles, and best practices
  • Ability to multitask in a demanding environment, good organizational and communication skills managing complex multidisciplinary initiatives to improve processes
  • Requires ability to communicate with technical/non-technical users and management/non-management customers
  • Report/Query or SQL experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

  • Prior healthcare experience
