Volunteer – Donations & Grants Acquisition About Hilde B Foundation At the Hilde B Foundation, we believe the most dangerous forms of violence are often the least visible. They do not always leave bruises. They do not always get reported. And too often, they are misunderstood even by those closest to the victim. We are building a global, volunteer-powered movement to recognize, document, and prevent domestic violence in all its forms from subtle coercion to physical abuse. Our work sits at the intersection of technology, education, and policy. Our strength comes from people who care enough to act. ⸻ Why This Role Exists To scale our impact, we need to grow beyond awareness into sustainable funding. This role focuses on identifying, securing, and supporting funding opportunities that allow our work to reach more survivors and communities. ⸻ What You’ll Do This is an active, impact-oriented volunteer role. Depending on your strengths, you may:

• Research and identify grant opportunities (foundations, public funding, international programs)
• Support drafting and submitting grant applications
• Help build a structured donor pipeline (individuals, corporate sponsors, institutional partners)
• Assist with outreach to potential donors and partners
• Collaborate with leadership on funding strategy and priorities
• Track submissions and maintain simple funding dashboards

• Have experience or interest in fundraising, grant writing, consulting, finance, or nonprofit development
• Are comfortable with research, writing, and structured thinking
