Manage and oversee actuarial projects for government clients in the health sector. Develop and implement strategic solutions for clients to improve their healthcare services. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on actuarial processes and methodologies. Conduct thorough analysis of data and present findings to clients in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met within established timelines. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions. Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their actuarial skills and knowledge. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. Monitor project budgets and adjust plans as needed to ensure profitability. Act as a subject matter expert on government health actuarial matters within the organization. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Represent Deloitte at industry events and conferences to showcase our expertise in government health actuarial services. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant government regulations. Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive client information.
