Description:

  • Lead visual creative development across brands, ensuring work is strategic, innovative, and effective.
  • Serve as the design expert and brand steward, maintaining consistency across creative materials.
  • Oversee and mentor Art Directors and Senior Art Directors, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Collaborate with Copy, Strategy, and Medical teams to align messaging and visuals.
  • Manage design execution across digital, print, video, and social media channels.
  • Present and defend creative work to internal teams, clients, and regulatory reviewers.
  • Contribute to brand strategy and campaign development with fresh creative solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to elevate creative output.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an art director with expertise in brand storytelling and design strategy.
  • Experience mentoring and leading junior creative talent.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-driven design tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital and print production.
  • Ability to balance creative ambition with regulatory requirements in pharma marketing.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, regulated environment.
  • Strong presentation and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing is preferred.
