- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our services.
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Build rapport with potential clients, addressing their needs and answering questions about our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and client engagement.
- Proficient with CRM software and online communication tools.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with a flexible schedule.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for uninterrupted calls.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate plus commission for successful lead conversions.
- Our initial offer is $3 per hour. We will renegotiate your rate after a month depending on your performance.
