Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude.

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • *

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings as needed.

  • *

Assist the office team with basic administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Monitor office supplies and notify the office manager of replenishment needs.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration is an asset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
