Certified Coder with active RN License
Innovative Clinical Partners is located in Florida and is currently recruiting for some positions. Candidates must live in the United States. Certified Coder with active RN License Certified Coder who is also a Registered Nurse with “hands on” experience; strong med-surg background with the adult population and or experience with Utilization Review and/or Case Management is preferred. We are currently looking for immediate help with prospective, retrospective, and utilization review projects.
- Position is PRN contract work
- Hours are flexible, day, night and or weekends
- Position is remote, work from your home
- This is a production-driven environment. Accuracy and consistent production are required
Candidate must have the following requirements:
- Certified Coder
- Registered Nurse with active RN License
- High-speed Internet access
- Current reference materials
- Computer, with antivirus software, Word, Excel, and the ability to open PDFs (Adobe Reader)
- Strong computer experience
- Strong ability to work independently
- Must use appropriate grammar and have the ability to articulate chart assessment or utilization review in writing
- Experience with Risk Adjustment is preferred
- ICD-10 knowledge is a plus
