Entry-Level & Experienced Truck Driver Recruiter Independent Contractor (Remote) Typical Weekly Earnings: $800–$1,500+ (performance-based) Independent contractor opportunity for individuals interested in recruiting and placing CDL drivers with motor carriers. This role is fully remote and production-based. Recruiters manage their own workflow and are compensated per successful placement.
Responsibilities
- Source and communicate with CDL driver applicants
- Conduct screening and qualification
- Submit drivers to carriers
- Maintain follow-ups and placement records
- Communicate professionally via phone, text, and email
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-directed and dependable work style
- Consistent daily outreach and follow-up
- Prior recruiting or driver recruiting experience preferred
- Entry-level applicants considered based on reliability and work ethic
Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor
- Commission-based structure

- Higher production may exceed this range
