Senior Total Rewards Specialist
Ciklum is looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist to join our team full-time in Ukraine (100% remote). We are a custom product engineering company that supports both multinational organizations and scaling startups to solve their most complex business challenges. With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live. Responsibilities: Conduct salary benchmarking using external surveys and internal analytics. Develop and maintain salary ranges and pay structures Support annual salary review and promotion processes Implement, and administer annual bonus and incentive plans. Ensure accurate bonus calculations and payout processes Prepare Total Rewards analytics, dashboards, and insights for senior stakeholders Develop and update compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures Monitor pay equity, internal fairness metrics Support communication related to rewards programs Participate in the development of Compensation module in Oracle Requirements: Education – university degree in Human resources or Finance 3+ years of experience in Total Rewards Strong experience with compensation structures, variable pay, and market benchmarking. Ability to work with complex data and compensation analytics. Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and survey tools (e.g., Mercer) Experience with compensation modules of HCM systems (Oracle, Workday) is an advantage Advanced English What`s in it for you?
