Full Stack Developer (React / Java)

CTG is seeking a Full Stack Developer (React / Java) to support our client in designing, building, and optimizing scalable enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a developer with strong ReactJS and Java expertise who also has hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and production support in high-availability environments. Location: Remote Duration: 11 months

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using ReactJS and Java.
• Architect high-performance front-end solutions and ensure optimal user experience.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across application layers.
• Implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines, including defining quality gates for code quality and test coverage.
• Integrate logging, monitoring, and alerting tools to improve system observability and reliability.
• Develop automation and self-healing runbooks to support operational stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during production incidents to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Apply DevOps and software engineering best practices to improve scalability and system resilience.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java and ReactJS (React UI).
• Experience building scalable, enterprise-level web applications.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Knowledge of application performance tuning and debugging.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Understanding of automated testing and quality gate enforcement.

Preferred Experience

• Full stack development experience in enterprise environments.
• Production support and incident resolution experience.
• Exposure to cloud-based or distributed systems.
• Experience implementing DevOps automation and operational tooling.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
