Job Summary

As a Customer Trainee, you'll be responsible for interacting with our customers' employees to ensure they're meeting their job requirements. You'll also be responsible for writing and sending reports to your supervisor, providing valuable insights into customer satisfaction and performance. This is a flexible and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work from home or in our downtown office, with flexible hours and a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities

* Call our customers' employees to check on their job performance and provide feedback

  • Write and send reports to your supervisor, highlighting customer satisfaction and performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers and their employees
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with your team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and performance

Essential Qualifications

* Highly motivated and self-starting, with a passion for delivering outstanding results

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Strong phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and their employees
  • Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to navigate software applications and online platforms
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Access is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and performance

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a quality control or customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with email mail merge and other software applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
